What you CAN'T do
- In any way modify the Notes software itself. Like removing menus or features
- You can't change database activity logs (for obvious reasons!)
- You can't access workstation security, or users Execution Control List (ECL)
- The shared mail database can't be touched (and probably should either, based upon its stability!)
Lotus is a bit itchy about changing their software, again for obvious reasons. Sometimes one could with for a bit more flexibility, but again, many things can be done as long as you know the capability of both the Notes C API and it's different cousins.
